WHAT’S INCLUDED

Managing food, sourcing and handling a budget can be a substantial task for a retreat leader. We handle all aspects of this, from liaising with kitchen staff, planning the menu, grocery shopping, on-site food preparation, kitchen organization, cleaning, and cooking. Our goal is to ensure that your retreat fosters the perfect atmosphere and aligns with your intentions. We also offer some additional dining experiences like cooking classes and packed lunches to help elevate your retreat even more!

Our menus are built around the seasons with an emphasis on fruits, organic vegetables, non-GMO grains, grass-fed meats, organic poultry, and wild-caught local fish. We are happy to work around any food sensitivities or special requests, including vegan, vegetarian and carnivore menus.
