Ashley has a forage cooking style, influenced by her years of living on the island of Oahu, world travel, training at the Natural Gourmet Insitute in NYC, and learning the power of food and intention.
Uproot Culinary is how she and her team help others find the same food, mind, and body connection. She supports retreat leaders and their visions with the intention of clients “uprooting” their current self to become the best and most true version of themselves.
